Leave and Absence Management
Bosflow handles requests for all types of leaves and absencesas well as holiday schedules and requests for child care. Leave requests can be submitted in days, hours and minutes. When an employee submits a request, it triggers an automatic, predefined approval workflow. All submitted requests are displayed in a clear calendar view.
Business Trip Requests and Delegation Settlement
Bosflow supports processes for submitting business trip requests for domestic and international delegations and their subsequent settlement. The module includes functions for managing advances in multiple currencies. Built-in country directories, up-to-date per diem rates, overnight and travel allowances as well as automatic per diem and mileage calculations, allow for extremely fast settlement of completed trips.
HR Requests Workflow
Bosflow enables the implementation of various HR request types that require the submission via a dedicated form, the process of the completion of specific information and obtaining approval.

Employee Evaluation
The module allows the creation of various evaluation forms for different employee groups: periodic, onboarding and based on competency models. The evaluation process follows a defined and modelled workflow in the system. Features such as automatic score calculation, mandatory justification for extreme ratings and the ability to recommend further actions make evaluations highly efficient.
Electronic Personnel Files
The system ensures employee records are maintained electronically in compliance with legal requirements. It allows a bulk upload of documents to personnel files. The built-in OCR module and data extraction mechanisms preliminarily classify documents and assign them to appropriate categories (such as work certificates or warnings) and folders (A, B, C or D). The module streamlines the digitization of personnel files.
Employee Portal
The portal enables employee self-service for HR matters, relieving the HR department. The tool presents data and conveys information from the HR and payroll system and serves as a communication channel between employees and HR. Employees have access to selected personnel data registered in the HR system and can download tax forms (PIT) or pay slips via the portal.
Surveys
Surveys help to get to know employee opinions on various issues and greatly improve human resource management. The system enables the creation of almost any type of survey, based on single or multiple choice, open-ended or scored questions, with or without comments. The results and statistics for each question are presented in easy-to-read reports.

Bosflow Integrations
Integrating with other systems, applications and tools is an essential part of implementing the Bosflow system. We continuously introduce integrations with all solutions required for public sector entities, such as e-PUAP and PEF (Public Electronic Invoicing Platform). We also provide dedicated integrations for individual clients with their existing systems, focusing primarily on financial-accounting, HR and payroll and domain-specific systems. To date, we have successfully implemented and operate integrations with many ERP systems, including Infomedica, SIMPLE.ERP, Symfonia and Impuls EVO.
With Bosflow, it is possible to model virtually any business process. In addition to the predefined, most commonly implemented modules and processes such as registry office, invoice workflow or leave requests, every organization has its own distinctive business processes that can be reflected in the system. Bosflow also serves as an excellent repository for all types of documents important to an organization, for each of which a dedicated register can be set up within the system.
The device and infrastructure management module has been developed with technical and maintenance departments in mind. It enables the comprehensive management of all infrastructure owned by the organization: buildings, devices, machines, apparatus and IT equipment. Asset record cards can correspond to the fixed asset register downloaded and synchronized cyclically from the ERP system or serve as independent files for assets that do not have a corresponding record in the fixed assets register.
