Bosflow is built on a low-code platform that enables the definition and modelling of any business process in the system. The process modeler and form builder allow users to design forms and specify process flows in an accessible way, without any programming knowledge.
The system also includes a built-in OCR module that recognizes text in documents that are scanned and entered into the system. As a result, the document’s text content can be indexed in the search engine, making it easy to locate within the electronic register. Based on the text content read by OCR, each document can also be automatically classified into the appropriate category.

Form Builder
The form builder enables the creation of electronic forms perfectly suited to the organization’s needs, including the definition of validation rules. These forms are completed throughout the course of the business process. The builder features standard fields - text, numeric, selection or date fields - as well as predefined system dictionaries. It also allows the creation of custom fields and dictionaries
Process Modeler
Business process creation is graphic and consists of defining the flow routes for cases and documents between stages, as well as the conditions for moving to the next step. The modeler allows the definition of the executor for each stage, the time allotted for completion and the required information at each point. It also supports subprocesses, parallel workflow paths and process versioning.
Invoice OCR
OCR - optical character recognition - is invaluable for digitizing paper invoices. The system’s built-in algorithms can extract key data from each invoice, such as a bank account number, tax ID (NIP), date of sale, payment method, invoice number or its value. The recognized data is automatically populated into the invoice registration form, reducing the time required to enter it into the system.
OCR and Document Classification
The text recognition function is indispensable for the document classification process. Thanks to the implemented data extraction algorithms, the system can independently classify documents. Organizations handle many different types of documents, which can be automatically classified, with their extracted data entered directly into dedicated forms assigned to the appropriate business processes.

Custom Modules and Processes
With Bosflow, it is possible to model virtually any business process. In addition to the predefined, most commonly implemented modules and processes such as registry office, invoice workflow or leave requests, every organization has its own distinctive business processes that can be reflected in the system. Bosflow also serves as an excellent repository for all types of documents important to an organization, for each of which a dedicated register can be set up within the system.
The procurement management module enables the synchronization and optimization of purchasing processes for materials, products and services taking place within the organization. The system guides users through the entire workflow – from submitting a requisition, verifying and approving it, to issuing the product from the warehouse or initiating a new purchase process and finally to placing an order with the supplier based on a previously established contract. For public sector entities, gathered and consolidated purchase requests can trigger applications to initiate public procurement proceedings.
The access to comprehensive analytics of historical requests allows for informed approval of new requests in the system. Moreover, their consolidation into a single supplier order or a procurement application streamlines purchasing processes. Thanks to the integration of the Bosflow system with warehouse and supplier systems, purchasing can be carried out almost fully automatically. Procurement processes can be implemented in full or in selected areas, depending on the organization’s purchasing policy and the specific needs and nature of its operations.
Integrating with other systems, applications and tools is an essential part of implementing the Bosflow system. We continuously introduce integrations with all solutions required for public sector entities, such as e-PUAP and PEF (Public Electronic Invoicing Platform). We also provide dedicated integrations for individual clients with their existing systems, focusing primarily on financial-accounting, HR and payroll and domain-specific systems. To date, we have successfully implemented and operate integrations with many ERP systems, including Infomedica, SIMPLE.ERP, Symfonia and Impuls EVO.
