The project management module enables the convenient planning and ongoing handling of various types of projects: investment, research, educational, commercial or training. The system allows for planning and settlement of projects funded internally or externally, including both short-term and multi-year ones. All data and documents are clearly collected in a project file, which can contain: contracts, correspondence, public procurement requests, emails, notes, schedules and other documents related to the project. The module also supports the detailed planning of individual tasks and generates notifications about significant project events
Korzyści:
Comprehensive management of multiple projects simultaneously
Ongoing monitoring of projects from an organizational, financial and personnel perspective
Direct access to all documents and information related to individual projects
Full control over project budgets and expenditure
Project Planning and Organization
Creating a project file in the system can be preceded by a workflow for approving the project request. The project file includes complete project information from its creation through the implementation and settlement. Setting up a project file involves defining, among other things, the project title and description, implementation period, sources of funding and project team. At this stage, the project budget is also defined.
Project Scheduling
The system makes it possible to define project phases, tasks and sub-tasks, to create links between them, to assign responsible individuals and to determine deadlines and sequence of execution. Stages and tasks can be triggered manually or automatically, either in parallel or sequentially. Tasks can be paused and restarted, notes added or reminders sent - all via a graphic panel. The schedule is also available as a Gantt chart.
Project Budgeting and Settlement
The module enables the creation of cascading budgets based on projects, tasks and analytics accounts defined in Bosflow or imported from an external system. The project budget shows planned, reserved and actual expenditure. Project budget settlement depends on associating budget items with documents that impact their execution, such as invoices or orders.

Bosflow Integrations
Integrating with other systems, applications and tools is an essential part of implementing the Bosflow system. We continuously introduce integrations with all solutions required for public sector entities, such as e-PUAP and PEF (Public Electronic Invoicing Platform). We also provide dedicated integrations for individual clients with their existing systems, focusing primarily on financial-accounting, HR and payroll and domain-specific systems. To date, we have successfully implemented and operate integrations with many ERP systems, including Infomedica, SIMPLE.ERP, Symfonia and Impuls EVO.
The device and infrastructure management module has been developed with technical and maintenance departments in mind. It enables the comprehensive management of all infrastructure owned by the organization: buildings, devices, machines, apparatus and IT equipment. Asset record cards can correspond to the fixed asset register downloaded and synchronized cyclically from the ERP system or serve as independent files for assets that do not have a corresponding record in the fixed assets register. Within this module, processes can be managed for changing usage locations, reassigning assets, equipment removal permits, asset disposal and creating BDO (Waste Database) cards
The area of financial management is one of the key areas for organizations in terms of process automation and document workflow. Implementing processes related to financial documents has a direct impact on the effectiveness of a unit’s financial management. The system enables cross-checking of documents by linking invoices with orders, contracts, requests to initiate proceedings, projects and relevant budget positions. This way, it is possible to continuously monitor the execution of a given contract or project and keep track of the load on specific budget items.
